Join us for live Virtual Stargazing – ONLINE – February 18th, 2022

NASA Solar System Ambassador and CCAS member Brian P. Cox together with club member Kent Wallace and club president Aurora Lipper will take you on a tour of the night sky using live telescope views!

Our telescope targets for tonight will be:

  • M 45 Pleiades
  • M1 Crab Nebula
  • M42 Great Nebula in Orion
  • NGC 2237 Rosette Nebula

As part of the presentation, the team will show you how to use Star Charts to help you navigate and find objects.
You can download your sky map free here: Click here to download the current SkyChart (it’s free).

During our time together, you’ll be able to interact with the team, ask questions, and gain insight on objects to search for as you take your star gazing to the next level. It will be like watching a planetarium star show only from your computer screen!

Be sure to invite all your friends – we can accommodate thousands of people!

All you need to join this event is an internet connection. You can use an iPad, personal computer, or YouTube enabled TV.
